Healthy, Hamilton Co., OH. Henry MOSER came to OH abt. age 12 with his parents, Jeremias & Josepha SELB MOSER. Henry MOSER fought in the Civil War (35th reg., Co. G, OH INf.).     HUNT,Andrew lived in Lemon Twp.Butler CO. from 1815 to 1835 before removing to Cass Co.MI. The following children were born in Butler Co.Eliza Ann,John,William,Emeline,Sarah,Margaret,and Mary.

  12. Sandy Oxner: My husband's ggrandparents were said to have lived in Butler Co. Their name was James M and Manorah Hunt Hughs. They had many children (some I do not even know names of) Charles, Howard, Ella Lou, Lou Ella, Raymond. James and Manorah were married in Clermont Co in 1861. Estimate his birth 1830's and hers 1840. Some of the names of marriages of their children were George Furher, Penniams (Pennyaim). Eventually Maenorah moved to Montgomery Co. Do not know if James M died in Butler but I know she is not buried in Montgomery. Think she may have move in with her children in another county. Any help would be appreciated. He was born in Bavaria in 1834 and arrived in the U.S. in 1852. His eight children were born between 1854 and 1867. Any information would be appreciated.

    I'm looking for information on Joseph Seth Reddick who married Nancy Fowler circa 1827 in Butler, Cty Ohio. They moved to Preble Cty and lived there until circa 1856 when they moved to Indiana and then on to Andrew Cty Mo. Joseph was believed to have had a brother named David Reddick. The Reddicks immigrated from Ireland to Pa. then to Ohio. He had 10 children; 3 died in Pleble Cty and are buried at Hopewell cemetary. Any information on Reddick or Fowler will be greatly appreciated.

    Looking for information on Arthur Andrews, born 1810 in Ohio and Sarah McFeely, born @ 1810, possibly in Ohio. Parents unknown for either person. They were married in 1830 Butler County, Ohio by Justice of the Peace. Moved to Montgomery County, IN before 1840 along with several other McFeely families. They were living un Butler County on 1820 census, moved to Fayette Co., IN by 1830, Deleware County IN by 1840 census, 1850 Howard County IN and settles and dying in Page Co., IA in 1873. Children were: Henry, Issac, Rachel Welch, Harriet Samuels, Lydia Dewit, Samuel, Joseph, Lois Milburn, John, Jane Ramseyer, Clarissa McCool, Rebecca Speer. Willing to share all information.

    Looking for ancestors of Nicholas Jones, former Sheriff of Delaware, born in 1807, and married to Elizabeth Warner. His father was Edward Jones, and he had brothers who fought in the Civil War, but their names are not mentioned. He was born near Wheeling WV and his grandfather is thought to have been Griffin Jones. Griffin and Edward may have been from Richmond. Edward's wife was Nancy Wharton. Cannot find marriage location or proof. Any help would be appreciated as I've searched over 30 years. Just last year got on the Internet.     Seeking information on the GEE family (Benjamin, Edward, Henry and Job), who were in Butler Co., Madison twp. in 1820. Several family members moved to the Carroll/Clinton Co. IN area in the early 1830's.
